Rob will leave behind a rare legacy, having helped raise so much vital funding for charities through his work. Most people simply couldn't do what he did. He was extremely intelligent, and helped nurture and develop his staff to be conscientious and responsible. Yet there was no ego to the man. He was fair, patient and kind.
